ZERO Cans are deep drawn, providing you with a seamless aluminum product. Round Cans are offered in two basic deep-drawn round housing configurations: Standard and Special. They are available in any height up to the maximum height listed in individual part number specifications. When ordering please provide the part number and height desired in inches.

Standard Version: The Standard Version round housing is drawn with a uniform  bottom radius.

Special Version: The Special Version round housings, available only through special order, feature an angle-beveled base instead of a uniform radius.

Standard Flanged Deep Drawn Rectangular and Square Sizes

Look to ZERO when an application calls for a standard aluminum rectangular or square housing with a flange. With numerous sizes to choose from, you need only to select a part number and a final part height. Select from:

ZERO ARINC Cans are used as air transport avionics equipment interfaces, in sizes manufactured to meet Aeronautical Radio, Inc. (ARINC) specifications. ARINC deep drawn, housings provide you with a seamless aluminum and/or stainless steel part that can be used for motor shrouds, enclosures, lids, containers and more. The seamless ZERO Method eliminates weld issues like leaks and corrosiveness in environments.

ZERO can customize your can with holes, piercings, fittings, markings, welding and a variety of finishes. ZERO trims to your specified height at no charge, and can customize your can in-house, or work with your fabricator of choice. Our deep drawn cans can also be paired with a matching cover(s).
